REAL ESTATE BOUTIQUE INVERSIONESBCN PRESENTS this vineyard land with 10.000 plants of low productivity and high quality (average production of 1 kilo per plant). At present this translates into 8,000 ampoules.

The age of the vineyard is 25 years.

North-west orientation and an average height of 450 m. 100 m over 120 m of unevenness (a total slope of just over 80%).

This vineyard is located about 500 metres from the town centre. In 2000, the owner took over the family land decided to invest in it in order to optimise the growing conditions. In this sense, he organised the estate into terraces that allowed horizontal working and the vineyard to be trellised.
The result is about 5 hectares of planted vineyard with road access, work shed, water mine and a deposit of 50,000 litres.

A selection of low-yielding clones was made in order to prioritise quality over quantity, and 3,500 units of Garnatxa and 2,500 of Carinyena, the traditional Priorat varieties, were planted. In the shadier areas, 2,500 Cabernet and 1,500 Merlot were planted, which are better adapted to the humidity and will play a very important role in the final blend.
There are samples of the wine made so far that illustrate the quality of the final product.
This wine is currently being sold at a retail price of €35.00 per bottle.

The estate has been managed according to organic and regenerative agriculture criteria.
The estate is registered in the Priorat Qualified Denomination of Origin and its vineyard meets all the requirements for the resulting wine to be eligible for the DOQ Priorat.
The wine is currently being vinified in a nearby prestigious winery. Parallel to the sale offer, the possibility is offered of continuing the vinification, ageing and bottling in the same winery for an initial period of three years, producing wine for the buyer’s brand ensuring all the quality parameters.

-The largest plot, which is the one that is terraced, planted and includes the varieties Garnatxa, Carinyena, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The official total planted area is 4,565 hectares.
The remaining 5,8754 hectares are unproductive rocky outcrops, but of great beauty, and a pine forest that crowns the estate, protecting it from the wind and adding biodiversity to the whole.

-The smallest plot, which measures 0.7311 hectares, is part of the whole but is not planted, has a similar elevation but is oriented to the south.
This piece of land has never been planted with the intention of building a building for wine tastings and wine tourism visits, but it could also be planted as a ‘coster’ (without terraces, as is now the norm for new plantations in a large part of the DOQ Priorat).
